Returns & Exchanges

We totally get how tricky it can be to know how a piece will fit before trying it on, and that’s why we offer our customers a 14 day exchange policy from when you receive your item. To return exchange items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in it's original condition (including protective hygiene seal).

 

We do not accept returns for change of mind, but we're more than happy to offer you an exchange piece or store credit of the same value if you're not happy with your original choice. 

 

Returning your Purchase


 
Step 1: To return your order, simply fill out the Returns Form enclosed in your order.


Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.


Step 3: Ship the return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Exchanges


 
Purchased items are exchangeable only into a different size or colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and we'll send your exchange size or colour as soon as possible if it is in stock. If it's not in stock, we will offer you a store credit. 

 

Shipping 


 

Saint Sea does not cover or reimburse return shipping costs. We recommend that you send returns by registered post and take note of the tracking number as we cannot send out any replacements until your package is received. Saint Sea is not held accountable for any lost or damaged return items.

 

Refund Policy


 

Please note we do not offer refunds unless the item you received is deemed faulty by Saint Sea. In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item please email us on returns@saintseaswim.com and we will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue.

 

If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.

 

Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and agreed upon by both parties, your original method of payment will be credited with a refund (minus original shipping charges and duties paid). Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
